Data, Security, & IP
Inputs
You retain full ownership and confidentiality over all assets you upload. None of your uploaded files, prompts, or related metadata are used to train or fine-tune models — either by FLORA or by any of our infrastructure or model partners. We operate under strict “no-training” agreements with all enterprise-grade API vendors.
Outputs
You own the rights to all generated outputs created in your account. There are no usage or commercial limitations tied to plan tiers. For clarity: FLORA and its partners do not claim any rights to your generated outputs.
Training & API Agreements
No input, output, or prompt data are shared with upstream providers for model improvement. Enterprise workspaces include default “no-training” and DPA (Data Processing Addendum) coverage across all models used through FLORA. These protections also apply to Agency and Pro workspaces that handle client data.
Upstream Vendors
If an upstream provider updates its terms, FLORA reviews and enforces alignment with our data-protection policy before adoption. We only integrate with vendors that support enterprise-grade data isolation and IP protection.
Plan Differences
There are no IP ownership or data-use differences between Free, Pro, Agency, and Enterprise tiers — the main differences are around capacity, collaboration, and support. Enterprise plans simply include additional legal documentation (DPA, SOC-2, etc.) for teams that require formal compliance assurance.
We take data integrity seriously and are committed to ensuring creative and client work remains private, protected, and exclusively yours.
